We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Associate to lead the operational performance of a high-profile residential property portfolio within the growing Build-to-Rent / PRS sector. This is a senior role with significant client exposure, responsible for driving operational excellence, leading strategic initiatives, and delivering strong financial and service outcomes across multiple residential assets.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of portfolio performance, client relationships, and the mobilisation of new properties, while guiding and developing a high-performing operational team.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational performance of a residential portfolio, ensuring delivery against financial, operational, and service KPIs
- Act as the primary senior contact for key clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the portfolio in partnership with senior management
- Oversee the mobilisation and onboarding of new assets, ensuring smooth delivery and full compliance with legislative and H&S requirements
- Analyse operational data and reporting to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance systems and processes
- Ensure accurate client reporting and dashboard management, maintaining transparency and accountability across performance metrics
- Drive compliance with evolving sector legislation and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a London-based operational team, promoting a strong customer service culture and clear accountability
- Oversee procurement and bulk tendering processes to ensure delivery partners provide high-quality and efficient services
- Review team structures and implement improvements to optimise operational performance
- Contribute to client retention and organic portfolio growth

You will likely have:
- Significant experience within the PRS / Build-to-Rent residential property sector
- A strong track record managing large residential portfolios
- Experience leading teams and delivering high-performance operational results
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability
- Proven experience managing client relationships at senior level
- Experience with asset mobilisation and operational onboarding
- Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and compliance requirements
