About the Role
I am currently recruiting for a lovely company that are looking for someone who is an experienced Accounts person, but also happy picking up some admin duties as this is a small company where everyone helps out. You maybe someone who enjoys variety, or someone studying AAT who wants to progress in time but happy for now to do a variety of duties.
Daily duties
Bank reconciliations
Bookkeeping
Analysis
Processing invoices and making payments
Processing expenses for staff
Rent collections and allocations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Scheduling maintenance for the properties.
Supporting arranging events, looking at costs and the best value and ensuring everything goes to plan.
You will be someone from a finance/accounts background who has good commercial accumen, is highly organised and structured and is a driver due to location. Ideally you will be good at Excel too. Someone who is confident working with people, personable and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
