<p>Pearson Carter are currently working with a small consultancy who are hiring for a SQL Server / T-SQL Developer to join the team and work on projects from day 1.</p>

<p>They offer a base salary of £55,000 – £60,000.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Optimising complex T-SQL queries across large datasets</li>
<li>Designing and maintaining effective indexing strategies</li>
<li>Analysing execution plans and resolving performance bottlenecks</li>
<li>Investigating and fixing production issues</li>
</ul>

<li>Cloud SQL (Azure)</li>

<p>This client has an office in Maidstone however they’re offering hybrid working where you would be in the office Mon – Wed</p>
