Intermediate Project Manager

<p>A close-knit project and cost consultancy based in Liverpool Street are looking for a bright and hard-working Intermediate Project Manager to join their team.</p> <p><strong>The Company that the Intermediate Project Manager will join: </strong></p> <p>The Intermediate Project Manager will be joining a director led consultancy that consists of project managers and cost consultants.</p> <p>The Intermediate Project Manager will be joining a practice who have a strong reputation for delivering schemes within the living sector which includes PBSA, later living, hotel, co living and build to rent.</p> <p>The Intermediate Project Manager will be delivering schemes that are predominantly located in London and surrounding areas.</p> <p><strong>The Intermediate Project Manager role:</strong></p> <p>The intermediate Project Manager will be working on delivering the whole lifecycle of projects that range from new build PBSA, later living homes and refurbishment of hotel/leisure buildings with contract values ranging from £25m-£100m. </p> <p>The Intermediate Project Manager will need to have a client-facing and confident approach as they will be working closely with commercial managers and external members like contractors and sub-contractors.</p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving forward live/upcoming Project from design-construction phase</li> <li>Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing</li> <li>Communicate with senior members of the project and cost consultancy team</li> <li>Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and Stakeholders</li> <li>Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints</li> <li>Attending meetings with clients</li> <li>Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Intermediate Project Manager requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working for a construction consultancy</li> <li>Knowledge of working within the living sector</li> <li>Delivery experience of new build developments and refurbishments</li> <li>Full member of RICS or working towards</li> <li>A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal</li> <li>Driving Licence / Car would be useful</li> <li>Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What would be offered:</strong></p> <ul> <li>£60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package</li> <li>25 days annual leave + bank holidays</li> <li>Hybrid available</li> <li>Site visits expensed for</li> <li>6% pension contribution</li> <li>Cycle to work scheme</li> <li>Work phone / Laptop</li> <li>Regular company events</li> <li>Discretionary bonus</li> </ul> <p>If you are an ambitious Intermediate Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a forward-thinking construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.</p> </p> <p>02038083802 &#8211; 07401083877</p> <p>Reference &#8211; LB1292399</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/bGIuNjcyNjEuMTEzMDlAZXJuZXN0YW5kZmxvcmVudC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif"></p>
