About the Role
We are currently partnering with a leading Insurance firm to find a diligent and eloquent Management Accountant for a 2-3 month contract The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of the monthly management accounts, ensuring everything is "review-ready" for the senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Full preparation of monthly management accounts. Managing the ledger through to Trial Balance . Producing detailed Income Statements . Handling fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, revenue entries, and expense bookings. Performing robust Balance Sheet reconciliations . Proactively engaging with internal stakeholders to gather data and resolve queries. The Profile We are looking for a candidate who is not just technically sound, but a confident communicator who knows how to navigate a corporate structure. Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with relevant experience. Previous experience within the Insurance sector is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains , Concur , and advanced Excel skills. Comfortable working in a Windows 11 environment. You must be presentable, eloquent, and assertive. You know when to push for information and exactly when to escalate issues rather than letting them sit.
