What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
As the onsite Industrial Nurse, you will:
Deliver early-intervention musculoskeletal care to reduce workplace injuries
Perform ergonomic evaluations and recommend corrective strategies
Provide first-aid triage and determine workability / modified duty needs
Lead stretching programs, warm-ups, safety talks, and wellness coaching
Educate employees on safe movement, injury prevention, and self-care
Support return-to-work planning for minor occupational injuries
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in reporting and analytics
Work collaboratively with site leadership, safety teams, and HR partners

Candidate Qualifications
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Iowa or compact state
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and build trust with employees
Preferred:
Industrial / Occupational Health experience
Ergonomics or early-intervention experience
CEAS, OSHA-10, or similar credential
Previous success in fast-paced or high-volume environments
