They are seeking a qualified and detail-driven
Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This position will play a key role in financial reporting, audit support, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis on
US GAAP alongside UK statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support reconciliation to UK GAAP / IFRS
- Lead balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with statutory accounts preparation and external audits
- Partner with US stakeholders to ensure alignment on accounting policies
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial processes
- Support implementation of new accounting standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Strong experience with US GAAP (essential)
- Experience within a multinational or US-facing business
- Prior experience in biotech, life sciences, or a regulated environment is advantageous
- Solid understanding of UK GAAP / IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience desirable
