Functieomschrijving

• Taking care of the air freight export shipments from A-Z
• Preparation of necessary customs documentation
• Drafting and issuing rates and making price agreements
• Reserving cargo capacity with airlines
• Maintaining contacts within the Dutch and worldwide network of customers
• Invoicing of shipments and the associated cost control

Profiel

• 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or related field
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Knowledge of industry software such as CargoWise One is a plus
• A Logistics related degree is preferred, but not required
