<p><b>Senior Paid Social Executive</b></p>

<p>The role involves taking ownership of two areas, paid social and affiliate marketing.</p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is strong in one and has potentially had exposure to or done a little work with the other.</p>
<p>The role is highly fluid and with it being a newly created role for the business, you can really shape it around you. You’ll have time to settle in, upskill where needed and be fully supported along the way.</p>
<p>Role focuses:</p>
<p>Paid Social</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning paid social for 5+ seasonal brands – building and optimising campaigns</li>
<li>Working across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok – Meta Ads/TikTok Ads Manager</li>
<li>Using data to refine and improve campaigns, developing a test strategy including A/B testing, audience targeting etc.</li>
<li>Reviewing and updating strategies, ad copy and creative assets where required</li>
<li>Working with the Acquisition Manager to implement Pinterest as a paid social channel</li>
</ul>
<p>Affiliates</p>
<ul>
<li>Working with the wider digital team to bring the affiliate programme in-house, transitioning away from an external agency in early 2026</li>
<li>Using the AI driven ‘Partnerize’ platform to manage, grow and onboard partnerships</li>
<li>Analyse performance and look for opportunities and new partner ops.</li>
<li>Review and maintain creative assets – banners, product feeds etc.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>This is a senior level role so you need a strong background of experience in either paid social or affiliates and have the willingness and desire to learn the other channel on the job – something you will be fully supported with.</b></p>
