<p><strong>German speaking Account Manager<br /> <br /> LOCATION</strong><br /> Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days working from home&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> <strong>LANGUAGES</strong><br /> Fluency in German and English<br /> <strong><br /> COMPANY</strong><br /> Our client is a successful global company, known for it's strong B2B focus and for managing international key accounts across multiple industries.</p> <p><strong data-start="143" data-end="155">THE ROLE</strong></p> <p data-start="143" data-end="486"> To drive growth across the DACH region, we are seeking a <strong>German speaking Account Manager</strong> to own and expand relationships with partners. This role is centred on strengthening key accounts, delivering consistent value to customer and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across the full product portfolio.</p> <p data-start="488" data-end="863">You will act as a primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring a high level of service, commercial alignment and long term satisfaction. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you&rsquo;ll help unlock new opportunities within existing accounts while contributing insights that shape business strategy, processes, and customer experience.</p> <p data-start="865" data-end="889"><strong data-start="865" data-end="889">Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="891" data-end="1871"> <li data-section-id="a8ojzj" data-start="891" data-end="1020"> Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the DACH region, driving revenue growth through proactive account management </li> <li data-section-id="1lxvjbf" data-start="1021" data-end="1142"> Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring consistent engagement and high satisfaction </li> <li data-section-id="xmdjdz" data-start="1143" data-end="1252"> Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, order processing, and delivery coordination </li> <li data-section-id="1xzmkh5" data-start="1253" data-end="1380"> Use your understanding of customer needs, stock availability and supply timelines to set expectations and deliver reliably </li> <li data-section-id="n74y5q" data-start="1381" data-end="1515"> Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support Business Development Managers in executing expansion strategies </li> <li data-section-id="rowjrs" data-start="1516" data-end="1634"> Conduct regular business reviews with customers, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen partnerships </li> </ul> <p data-start="1878" data-end="1899"><strong data-start="1878" data-end="1899">CANDIDATE PROFILE</strong></p> <ul data-start="1901" data-end="2381"> <li data-section-id="1l5tcmf" data-start="1901" data-end="1976"> Fluent in German and English </li> <li data-section-id="8c7vd8" data-start="1977" data-end="2053"> Proven experience in account management, sales or customer service</li> <li data-section-id="we0yel" data-start="2134" data-end="2191"> Strong communication and relationship building skills </li> <li data-section-id="9ofniz" data-start="2192" data-end="2284"> Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively </li> <li data-section-id="15ye0g" data-start="2285" data-end="2381"> Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>SALARY</strong></p> <p>c. &pound;32,000 - &pound;34,000 pa + excellent bonus + fantastic benefits!</p> <p>This role is to start as soon as possible (ideally May/June 2026) and sponsorship might be available for the right candidate&nbsp;</p> <p>Contact: Lisa Grimes</p> <p>Mobile: 07813 732261</p>
