(PK9212)</strong></p><p><strong>NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - LUXURY PACKAGING</strong></p><p><strong>SOUTH EAST - HYBRID 1-2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE</strong></p><p><strong>SALARY &#163;HIGHLY COMPETITIVE (Depending on Experience) + Commission + Car Allowance + 31 Days Holiday + Pension</strong></p><p>Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke luxury packaging, from concept through to full production our client offers a complete packaging solution including cartons, rigid boxes, bags, papers, ribbons, and more. Their clients span across sectors such as fashion, beauty &amp; cosmetics, jewellery, and premium beverages/spirits.</p><p>With strong growth and expansion plans our client is seeking a driven New Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across various markets with a focus on the jewellery sector, working closely with clients to bring their packaging ideas to life. You will be supported by a proactive internal team including lead generators and account executives, enabling you to focus on high-impact sales activity and relationship-building.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>While experience in luxury packaging would be beneficial, it is not essential. More importantly, our client is looking for someone with ambition, energy and a genuine passion for brands and design. Established contacts within the jewellery sector would be a distinct advantage.</strong></em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in the premium packaging sector</li><li>Engage with clients early in the process to develop and shape briefs</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal account executives to ensure smooth project delivery</li><li>Own the client relationship from initial enquiry to final sales approval, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities and timelines</li><li>Ensure all sales meet pre-agreed margin targets</li><li>Stay closely involved with project progress and communicate updates across the team and supply chain</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success</li><li>Strong listener with confidence in qualifying and profiling clients</li><li>Passionate about design, branding, and high-quality product presentation</li><li>Proactive communicator who works well cross-functionally and can delegate effectively.</li><li>Strong planning, preparation, and follow-up skills</li><li>A problem-solver with a flexible and can-do mindset</li><li>Experience in the packaging or creative industries is a bonus, but not essential</li></ul>
