<strong>Customer Sales Advisor</strong><br><strong>Smethwick</strong><br><strong>Salary: £26k to £28k </strong><br><br><strong>About the Role<br></strong><br>We are seeking a proactive Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in telephone-based sales and customer service who enjoys building relationships, processing orders and delivering exceptional customer support.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Handle telephone and email sales enquiries professionally.</li><ul><li>Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Respond to customer queries and resolve issues or escalate where appropriate.</li><li>Monitor repair jobs and provide customers with regular updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration.</li><li>Arrange collections for returned goods.</li><li>Monitor back orders and urgent requirements, liaising with production where necessary.</li><li>Prepare export documentation and customer invoices where required.</li><li>Support Sales Managers with quotations, pricing and order updates.</li><li>Promote company products, services and sales initiatives.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Skills & Experience</strong><ul><li>Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or telephone sales environment.</li><ul><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Experience using CRM or catalogue software is advantageous.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.<br><br></li></ul></ul>What We're Looking ForA positive, customer-focused individual with a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a busy sales environment.
