<strong>Warehouse Operative </strong><br><br><strong> £16.48 per hour</strong><br><br>Our client, a renowned leader in the production of confections, offering a wide array of delightful products, including gum, mints, and various sweets in Estover, Plymouth, is recruiting for a warehouse operative to join their team, in a long term, temporary role. <br><br>This role is on a rotating shift basis.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are key.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><br>As a warehouse operative, you will play a key role in supporting production and warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently across the site. Your contribution will help maintain the high standards expected within this busy manufacturing setting.<br><br><strong>Working Hours</strong><br><br>This is a <strong>full-time position</strong> working on a <strong>rotating shift pattern</strong>:<br><br><ul><li>06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Operating counterbalance and reach trucks safely and efficiently<br><br></li><ul><li>Transporting raw materials and finished products across the site<br><br></li><li>Supporting production lines to ensure continuous operation<br><br></li><li>Loading and unloading deliveries<br><br></li><li>Carrying out routine equipment checks<br><br></li><li>Maintaining a clean and safe working environment<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>Forklift license and previous experience<br><br></li><ul><li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred<br><br></li><li>Strong awareness of health and safety<br><br></li><li>Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What’s on Offer</strong><br><br><ul><li>Competitive pay rate of <strong>£16.48 per hour</strong><br><br></li><ul><li>28 days holiday (rising to 33 after 12 weeks, pro-rata)<br><br></li><li>Free onsite parking<br><br></li><li>Onsite bike storage and gym facilities<br><br></li><li>Subsidised staff restaurant with a wide range of options<br><br></li></ul></ul>Please click apply now!!!
