About the Role
Execute IC mass production testing, collect measurement data, and perform basic analysis. Operate and maintain fundamental measurement instruments and ATE test platforms (including basic system checks). Support initial troubleshooting of production test issues, perform preliminary failure analysis, and document findings. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (TE/PE/Production Line) to track and resolve test‑related issues. Assist in test efficiency improvement projects and maintain reports and technical documentation. Requirements Within 2 years working experience in related field. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, and measurement principles. Possess basic program debugging skills, e.g., C/C++, Python, Test Program English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documents and communicating with overseas colleagues/vendors (TOEIC 550+ preferred).
