Grounds person

As a Grounds Person, you will work under the supervision of the Head Groundsman and as part of a small, supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard.   Key Responsibilities: General Grounds Maintenance:  Strimming, mowing, and pruning of shrubs, trees and hedges.  Seasonal maintenance tasks including planting and weeding.  Hard Landscaping Support:  Assist in basic aspects of hard landscaping such as paving, fencing, and edging.  Teamwork and Learning:  Work closely with the Head Groundsman and other team members to learn best practices.  Participate actively in all training and development activities.  Required Skills & Qualifications: A genuine interest in horticulture and grounds maintenance.  Willingness to learn and develop practical and theoretical skills.  Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.  Good communication and teamwork skills.  Full UK drivers licence
