UX Designer (Contract) - Part-Time (2 Days/Week) Research & Environmental Charity | Richmond (Hybrid, 1 day in office a week) | Up to £400/day
I'm recruiting on behalf of an Environmental Charity based in Richmond, looking for an experienced UX Designer (Contractor) to support key digital projects on a part-time basis (2 days per week) - with one day onsite in their Richmond office.

This is a project-focused UX Outside IR35 contract, ideal for someone confident owning UX delivery end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
User research, testing, and insight capture
Creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)
Translating stakeholder requirements into intuitive UX
Supporting accessible, inclusive design aligned to best practice
Collaborating with internal teams through to implementation
You'll need:
Strong UX delivery experience + portfolio
Stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
