Business Analyst & Senior Business Analyst – ConsultingLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary:Consultant: £50,000 - £60,000Senior Consultant: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus We are currently supporting the growth of a leading transformation consultancy looking to hire multiple Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts into their London consulting practice.These opportunities are ideal for candidates coming from a consulting background who have operated across business and technology transformation programmes within enterprise environments. Candidates may currently hold titles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Consultant, Technology Consultant, or Business & Technology Consultant.The RoleYou will work closely with clients across a range of transformation programmes, helping bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery.Responsibilities will include:Conducting business process analysis and documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processesGathering and validating business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagementCreating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and supporting documentationSupporting technology and business transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycleFacilitating workshops between business and technical teamsSupporting change initiatives, testing activities, and project deliveryPerforming analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficienciesSupporting proposal work, tenders, and client-facing consulting activities where requiredWhat We’re Looking ForConsultant LevelTypically 2–4 years’ experience within a consulting environmentExperience operating as a BA across multiple client engagementsExposure to technology-focused projects and transformation programmesStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processesStrong analytical and communication skillsStrong academic background preferredSenior Consultant LevelTypically 5+ years’ consulting experienceProven experience leading BA activities across complex transformation engagementsStrong client-facing consulting capabilityExperience managing senior stakeholders and driving workshops independentlyBroader exposure across delivery, PMO, change, or transformation initiatives beneficialExperience contributing to bids, RFPs, or proposal activity advantageousPreferred BackgroundsCandidates are likely to come from consulting organisations such as transformation or technology consulting firmsAdditional InformationHybrid working modelExcellent progression opportunities within a growing consulting practiceOpportunity to work with major enterprise clients and transformation programmesSC eligibility is highly desirableCandidates should demonstrate stability in career history and strong consulting fundamentals
