About the Role
<p><span>We are looking for an <strong>Industrial Technician</strong> who will support our client in Munich during the production ramp-up phase. You will be involved in mechanical and electromechanical assembly, component integration, functional testing, diagnostics, and production support as the manufacturing process is established and optimized.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of product components.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate electrical, electronic and mechatronic systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare components and work according to technical documentation and assembly instructions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Carry out basic diagnostics and functional testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify, report and support the resolution of technical issues during assembly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support production launch and serial production stabilization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and the client's technical team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure high quality and compliance with production standards.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><span>Requirements</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Experience in mechanical, electromechanical or mechatronic assembly, or in a manufacturing environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to read and work with technical documentation, drawings and assembly instructions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on approach, accuracy and strong attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to work onsite in Munich, Germany.</span></p></li><li><p><span>English proficiency at C1 level.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Nice to have</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Experience with diagnostics, functional testing or quality inspection.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in e-mobility, automotive, industrial automation, robotics, maintenance or technical service.</span></p></li><li><p><span>German language skills.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Project details</span></h2><ul><li><p><span><strong>Location:</strong> Munich, Germany.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Work model:</strong> Onsite.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Start date:</strong> ASAP (August).</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Project duration:</strong> Currently planned until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Cooperation model:</strong> Freelance (B2B).</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Accommodation:</strong> For free, provided by the client.</span></p></li></ul>
