We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a growing and highly regarded Property Damage team within the Manchester office of a top-tier UK law firm. This is an excellent chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

The Property Damage team acts for a wide range of insurers, Lloyd’s Syndicates, MGAs and public and government bodies. Their work spans multiple insurance lines, including property and business interruption, casualty, fine art, and liability.

As a Property Damage Solicitor, you will:

• Work closely with a leading insurance disputes partner to advise on a broad range of coverage and liability defence matters.
• Provide insurance coverage advice.
• Handle subrogated recoveries.
• Advise on policy wording queries.
• Support clients with FOS and Lloyd’s complaints.
• Deliver ad hoc training and guidance to clients.

The team is seeking a Senior Associate with solid experience in insurance disputes, ideally with exposure to property damage and coverage matters. You will enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to business development, while maintaining strong technical excellence and commercial awareness.
