- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Experience with version control systems (GitHub), CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming and messaging platforms.
- Additional GCP expertise, including Dataflow, Cloud Run Services, Cloud Run Jobs, and Cloud Build.
- Experience with Google Looker and a strong understanding of semantic data modeling concepts.
- Exposure to AI agent development frameworks and architectures (e.g., A2A).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions.
- Business-focused mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to organizational objectives.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for deliverables.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to mentor and guide colleagues in data-related best practices.
