Personal Injury Records Clerk Dallas, TX Area | 100% Onsite $20.00/hour Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM if needed) Temp-to-Hire Opportunity ROLE IMPACT As a Personal Injury Records Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting attorneys and case managers by obtaining, organizing, and maintaining critical medical documentation used in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Your work helps ensure clients receive the representation and support they deserve. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Request, obtain, and manage medical records from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers • Communicate with medical facilities regarding records requests, payments, and follow-up documentation • Review and organize records for accuracy and completeness • Prepare correspondence, request letters, and supporting documentation • Provide backup support for intake calls involving prospective clients • Maintain accurate records and case documentation within internal systems • Work closely with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely case progression WHAT YOU BRING • Minimum 1 year of medical records experience within personal injury claims industry required • Strong understanding of medical terminology • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Experience working with challenging individuals while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus CULTURE FIT • Professional, mature, and positive attitude • Team-player mentality with a willingness to help others • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Ready to put your medical records expertise to work in a role that impacts real lives?
