An established and well-regarded estate agency is looking for a strong Sales Manager / Valuer to take ownership of a key Oxfordshire patch, covering Wantage or Abingdon. This is a front-foot role, focused on winning instructions, driving revenue and setting the pace for the office.
You’ll be out on valuations, converting opportunities and building a strong pipeline, while also supporting and influencing the wider team. This suits someone who enjoys being in the market, knows how to win business and wants more say in how things are run.
There is a genuine opportunity to step up and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself, without being boxed in or micromanaged.
You’ll need to be confident in front of vendors, commercially sharp and comfortable handling a busy, competitive patch. Local knowledge helps, but attitude and ability to win listings matter more.
Basic salary is competitive depending on experience c.ÂŁ30,000, uncapped OTE c.ÂŁ65,000.
If you’re good, you’ll earn well. If you’re very good, you’ll quickly become indispensable.
