<p></strong>Jensen Precast<strong><br /></strong><strong><strong><br />JOB SUMMARY<br /></strong></strong>The position ensures best manufacturing practices with the use of automated manufacturing equipment and assists with placing material and tools to ensure product quality while also optimizing throughput in the Small Box department.<strong><strong><br /></strong></strong><br /><strong>SALARY<br /></strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">$</span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">21-25</span> </span>per hour commensurate with experience and plus shift differential</p>
<p><span><strong>SHIFT/HOURS</strong><br />Openings on all shifts – 1 shift is 4am – 12:30pm (Mon – Friday), 2nd shift is 12pm to 8:30pm (Mon – Friday plus $1 shift differential), 3rd shift is 8pm – 6:30am (Mon – Thursday plus $2 shift differential)</span><br /><strong><br />RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li><span>Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follows instructions.</span></li>
<li><span>Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned. </span></li>
<li><span>Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing). </span></li>
<li><span>Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions or equipment and notifies supervisor. </span></li>
<li><span>Fabricates small box precast parts and assemblies; ensures work is to specifications including dimensional criteria, squareness standards and tolerance call outs through personal manufacturing of product; obtains first part approval on each new task. Creates custom parts and fixtures needed to complete production work. </span></li>
<li><span>Operates and maintains equipment; opens and fills molds using machines. Uses cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment, when certified, in an appropriate manner. </span></li>
<li><span>Guides coworkers regarding production standards and capabilities for optimal throughput and adherence to their drawings and designs for conformance to specifications. </span></li>
<li><span>Communicates to leadership requisitions for tooling, and material. </span></li>
<li><span>Identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement for more efficient fabrication; works with Production Management to implement new fixture design and product enhancements that provide for more efficient use of automated manufacturing equipment.</span></li>
