You will ensure our construction projects leave a lasting positive impact on the communities we serve, aligning our work with client expectations, government frameworks and our corporate values.</p><hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Implement on-site initiatives covering employment, apprenticeships, and local procurement.</p></li><li><p>Partner with project managers, subcontractors, and local stakeholders to deliver social outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Support tender submissions by drafting social value sections and project bids.</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance using industry tools like Social Value Portal, TOMs, and LM3.</p></li><li><p>Lead community outreach, including school programmes, site tours, and volunteering.</p></li><li><p>Promote local SME participation and monitor economic spend within the local supply chain.</p></li><li><p>Support EDI initiatives and deliver toolbox talks on inclusive working practices.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records and evidence for audits and client reporting.</p></li><li><p>Create case studies and digital content to showcase social and environmental impact.</p></li></ul><hr><h3>Required Attributes</h3><ul><li><p>Demonstrable experience in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge of UK construction procurement and the Social Value Act 2012.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with frameworks such as National TOMs and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting environment.</p></li><li><p>A practical understanding of health and safety protocols on active construction sites.</p></li></ul><h3>Package</h3><ul><li><p>Competitive salary</p></li><li><p>Career stability within a growing organization.</p></li><li><p>Pension scheme, Life assurance & access to flexible benefits scheme.</p></li><li><p>29 days annual leave (Inc. statutory bank holidays, Christmas/New Year Closure).</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Programme with 24 hours telephone and online access.</p></li><li><p>Access to Flexible Benefits Scheme (including discount to retailers, bike to work scheme and many more).<br></p></li></ul>
