What’s the role all about? You’ll be speaking with clients who are ready to take control of their finances. Through meaningful conversations, you’ll get a full picture of their situation and guide them towards the best possible debt solution. It’s not just sales - it’s about helping people reset and move forward with confidence.
What you’ll be doing - Speaking to warm, pre-qualified leads - no cold calling
- Building rapport and handling objections like a pro
- Understanding income, spending, and financial situations in detail
- Recommending tailored solutions that genuinely help
- Hitting (and exceeding) targets in a fast-paced, supportive team
- Delivering top-tier customer experience on every call
What’s in it for you? - Circa £30,000 basic, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £65,000+

Working hours Monday – Thursday: 9am – 7pm
Friday: 10am – 2pm (hello early finish)
