Associate / Senior Associate – Residential Property

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded property team in Kent.

This is not a volume conveyancing role. Instead, you’ll advise high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and rural clients on a broad range of premium residential and agricultural property matters.

The role will involve:

• Sales and acquisitions of country houses, farms and rural estates
• Agricultural land transactions, from substantial holdings to individual parcels of land
• Farm business tenancies, contract farming agreements and related rural property matters
• Working closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value transactions

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Experience or a genuine interest in agricultural and rural property work
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Ambition to develop a long-term career within a growing and supportive team
