Salary: $42,000 – $47,000/year

We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Intake Coordinator to join a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives while managing a high caseload, enjoys client communication, and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

The Intake Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring cases move forward efficiently through communication, record gathering, reporting, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the intake and case process
• Order and gather medical and insurance records
• Prepare documentation and files for demand packages
• Review and report liens accurately
• Manage billing for requested documents and records
• Handle frequent phone communication with clients, providers, and insurance contacts
• Maintain weekly reporting and case updates
• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous insurance, medical, or related office experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with frequent phone work and client interaction
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with clients

Compensation & Schedule

• $42,000 – $47,000 annually
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
