Key Responsibilities • Use appropriate techniques and equipment to perform splicing operations on rubber materials, including belts, hoses, and gaskets. • Ensure proper alignment and bonding of rubber components to meet specified dimensions and performance standards. • Conduct quality inspections of spliced products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. • Maintain accurate records of splicing processes, materials used, and finished products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to splicing operations as they arise. • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and minimal downtime. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Keep tools and equipment clean and well-maintained, reporting any malfunctions to management What You’ll Bring • Basic computer skills. • Have reading, writing, and basic math skills. • Possess good verbal and written communication skills. • Be a self-motivator who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
