Job Description: Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by March 31, 2026. Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment. Overview Rogue is hiring 1st shift Laser Operators at our Westbelt facility near Hilliard. Laser Operators cut parts for Rogue’s manufactured products using flat lasers and tube lasers. 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm Starting pay $20-$22 Pay increases to $24 after 1 year Benefits include pay-on-demand via Rain, semi-annual bonuses, The Revolution Fund, onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more. Responsibilities Follow written and verbal work instructions, including part drawings Load/unload materials from machines Separate, stack and count finished parts Operate power tools and hand tools (sanders, grinders, taps, etc.) to finish products to exact specification Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks Accurately read tape measures, calipers and other measuring devices to ensure product quality Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs Maintain good housekeeping in your work area Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed Team Members may be assigned outside of Laser department to assist other areas of the business as needed Qualifications Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication Must be able to accurately read measuring devices, including tape measures and calipers High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet Must be comfortable working around laser equipment and power tools Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
