Junior Project Manager – Technology & Digital Innovation Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per yearAbout the Role We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support small, agile digital innovation projects across multiple operating companies. This is a hands-on role for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in project management or PMO, ideally within a consulting environment. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, helping deliver technology initiatives including UX redesigns, AI adoption, IoT solutions, and other digital transformation programs.This role is focused on growing your skills, with less governance and more opportunity to take ownership of projects while working in a collaborative, agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesScope, plan, and manage projects from start to completion, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.Manage multiple small projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Support UX and product design initiatives, including audits, redesigns, and prototyping.Assist with deployment of AI tools and digital adoption programs.Apply project management principles, including tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure project success.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting dashboards.Support ongoing PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in a junior project management or PMO role, ideally in a consulting or technology environment.Exposure to small digital projects, UX, product design, or AI/technology rollouts.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop new skills in project management.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year.Hands-on experience across diverse technology and digital innovation projects.Opportunity to grow skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.Exposure to multiple business units and technology initiatives, including AI, UX, IoT, and digital transformation projects.Additional InformationHybrid working in London, with occasional travel to project sites as required.
