Sr. Land & Lease Contract Analyst

What You’ll Do:
- Review, analyze, and manage land and lease contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor lease expiration dates, renewal terms, and contractual obligations to optimize asset utilization.
- Assist in negotiations and provide support for land acquisition and disposition activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation, leveraging your advanced contract analysis skills.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in land and lease contract analysis, preferably within the energy or resource industries.
- Strong understanding of land rights, lease terminology, and contract law.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and identify key contractual obligations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Quorum (QLS) or similar lease management software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and permitting processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in land and lease contract analysis or management.
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work schedule (9/80, Tuesday-Thursday in office), located in The Woodlands, TX, with flexibility to sit in either Greenway or The Woodlands offices.
- Ability to work on a 12-month contract with potential extension.
- Must be eligible for submittal and able to provide a formatted resume with Bergaila header, references (especially from inspectors), and last four digits of SSN, home of record, availability, and pay rate.
