Location: Fort Worth, TX


Compensation & Schedule

• $45.00/hr

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

• W-2


Role Impact: The Senior Instructional Designer drives enterprise learning strategy for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center teams. This role ensures employees are equipped with the technical knowledge, systems training, and performance tools needed to deliver operational excellence. Success is defined by scalable, measurable learning programs that improve onboarding effectiveness, technical proficiency, and workforce performance across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum for Customer and Technical Support, Shared Services, and Distribution Center teams, supporting both new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development

• Create engaging e-learning and blended learning solutions using Articulate Storyline and Rise

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technology best practices

• Develop technical software training, including supply planning or demand planning systems training materials

• Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, ensuring accurate deployment, tracking, and reporting of training initiatives


Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and multi-modal content delivery

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise for e-learning development

• Experience developing technical software training content

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• E-learning development platforms

• Digital collaboration tools


Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maestro or similar demand planning or supply planning software

• Background supporting Customer Experience or Distribution Center environments

• Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and digital adoption tools
