Job Description:
Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Bilingual Required)
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93308
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-4:30PM & Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM
Hourly Pay: $18.00-$19.00 (DOE)
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience handling phone calls, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule and dispatch service calls
- Make appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist walk-in customers
- Communicate effectively with field technicians
- File invoices and maintain organized records
- Enter invoices and sales receipts into QuickBooks
- Navigate QuickBooks to retrieve customer information
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and phone skills (required)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Outlook Mail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Experience in handling invoices and business records preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
