Location: Dungannon / Tyrone area
Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday

The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to control and direct all manufacturing activities from receipt of customer purchase orders through to dispatch and aftersales support, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You Will Be:
Planning manufacturing and dispatch activities to ensure production stays ahead of schedule, with contingencies in place
Working closely with the Customer Accounts Manager to align production capacity with customer demand
Chairing regular production meetings to ensure teams are fully prepared for upcoming work
Working with the Quality team to resolve issues and champion continuous improvement tools (5S, 8D, SIPOC, jigs & fixtures)

We think experienced Production Managers or Production Supervisors ready to step up should absolutely apply.
You’ll have a strong chance if you bring:
At least 3 years’ production supervisory or management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of engineering production machinery
A solid understanding of continuous improvement principles
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience / Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ production supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing
Strong planning, organisational, and resource management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
