About the Role
<strong>Role: Production Operative</strong> <br><strong>Location:</strong> Warrington (WA5, Omega Business Park)<br><strong>Salary</strong>: £33,729 per annum<br><strong>Hours: </strong>Working 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating schedule, covering both days (06:00–18:00) and nights (18:00–06:00)<br><strong>Contract: </strong>Temporary to permanent for the right candidate<br><br> <br><strong>Due to the site location and hours of work, own transport is essential.</strong><br><br>Are you looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Warrington. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a modern, well-equipped facility producing high-quality food products.<br><br><strong><br>As the Production Operative your duties will include;</strong><br><ul><li>Producing fresh food products to high standards</li><ul><li>Operating production machinery</li><li>Quality checking of products</li><li>Full machine cleaning duties.</li><li>Following strict safety and hygiene procedures</li><li>Working efficiently to meet production targets</li></ul></ul><br><strong>As the Production Operative you will have the following skills/experience;</strong><br><ul><li>Previous production or factory experience (food manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential)</li><ul><li>Flexibility to work a rotating pattern of days and nights over a 7-day schedule.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately.</li><li>Own transport preferred due to site location.</li><li>Committed to a long-term career.</li></ul></ul>
