About the Role
This HR Operations role focuses on support, compliance, and system management. • Core HR responsibilities: The role involves serving as a contact point for employees, HR, and managers, handling escalations, triaging HR system and procedure queries, and liaising with the HR HelpDesk through calls, audits, and approvals. It also includes managing SharePoint sites, HR policies, Workday data quality and transactions, and responding to HR operations mailbox communications. Annual activities include updating employee notification posters and compiling compliance reports such as EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Plans. • Technical and administrative support: The position works with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms, supporting time and attendance (T&A) administration and system updates, coordinating severance program logistics, managing unemployment claims and employment verifications. Regular meetings with T&A admins and maintenance of related SharePoint resources are also part of the duties. • Qualifications and desired skills: Candidates should have knowledge of HR processes, Power Automate, generative AI tools, Microsoft Forms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex confidential data. Good communication, presentation, and Microsoft Excel skills are important, along with being a self-starter and deadline-driven.
