Building Safety Manager

<p><strong>Building Safety Manager needed in South West London Paying  £33.80 per hr ref OR103472</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Lead on the delivery and management of building safety across the housing stock</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the <strong>Building Safety Act 2022</strong>, <strong>Fire Safety Act 2021</strong>, and <strong>Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005</strong></li> <li>Develop and maintain building safety cases and ensure accurate documentation</li> <li>Oversee building control processes and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies</li> <li>Work closely with residents to ensure effective engagement and communication on safety matters</li> <li>Support governance frameworks and provide professional advice to senior stakeholders</li> <li>Monitor, review, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to Beth@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
