<p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Our client is a successful and well-established plumbing and heating merchant looking to recruit an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager for their busy West London branch.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt"><strong>The Role:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt">The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and commercial performance of the branch, leading from the front to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and maintain high operational standards.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt">This is a hands-on management role where sales leadership and customer engagement are essential. You will be expected to identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase margin, and strengthen existing account relationships while motivating and developing the branch team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales and profitability targets</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Drive new business development and maximise existing customer accounts</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Build strong relationships with local contractors, installers, and trade customers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage branch operations including stock, health & safety, and branch administration</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Monitor KPIs, margins, and branch performance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Work closely with senior management to support continued branch growth</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt"><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Previous branch management experience within plumbing & heating, merchanting, or a related trade distribution environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strong sales focus with a proven ability to grow business and develop customer accounts</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Commercially aware with good understanding of branch P&L performance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Excellent leadership and team management skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Hands-on approach with strong communication and organisational ability</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Motivated, driven, and customer-focused</span></li>
