No previous recruitment experience is required – they are looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and drive to succeed.

What Does the Job Involve? Trainee Consultant

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage the full recruitment process and develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients within the Life Sciences market
• Identifying and approaching potential candidates
• Managing your own candidate pipeline
• Conducting candidate interviews and understanding career aspirations
• Business development and winning new clients
• Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Negotiating salaries and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Working towards individual targets and financial goals
• Becoming a specialist within the Life Sciences recruitment market

You will receive full training and support to help you develop the skills required to build a successful recruitment career.
