• Contract Type: Travel RN – Wound Care
• Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Setting: Acute care and/or outpatient wound care environment
• EMR: Facility-specific system (training provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments, staging, and measurements
• Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
• Provide advanced wound care therapies and dressing management
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, and case management
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
• Ensure compliance with infection control and skin integrity protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Support quality initiatives related to wound care and pressure injury prevention
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Wound Care Certified (WCC) – Required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (acute care preferred)

• Experience in wound care, med/surg, home health, or long-term care
• Familiarity with advanced wound care therapies and products
