Additional Information: Eisner Health is seeking an experienced Family Physician who will provide services to underserved communities. This position provides multi-generational care in an environment that promotes excellent support services, including dental care, mental health, and social work support.
Provider will spend 2 days/week in the residency clinic, and 3 days/week in the DTLA adult clinic.
- Must have a current license to practice medicine in the State of California. - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. - Must have a current DEA License. - Proficient in English and medical Spanish, preferred. - Must possess a current CPR Certification. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families. - Experience working with Electronic Medical Records.
