<p><strong>Repairs Administrator</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> PO13 9RX<br /><strong>Type:</strong> Temporary to Permanent, Full-time, Office-based (8:00am – 5:00pm)<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> Equivalent to £26,500 per annum </p>
<p>Salary will be paid on a hourly and weekly basis.</p>

<p><em>About the Role</em></p>
<p>We are seeking a proactive and organised <strong>Repairs Administrator</strong> to join our team working on an MOD housing contract. This is a key role within the housing repairs and maintenance sector, supporting engineers, residents, and clients by ensuring repair works are managed smoothly from start to completion.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>temporary to permanent</strong> opportunity, where you will initially be paid weekly through temp payroll before transitioning to a permanent position.</p>

<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<p><strong>Liaising with Engineers, Residents, and Clients:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Act as the main point of contact for residents, engineers, and clients.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate repairs, provide appointment updates, and ensure all parties are fully informed.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Respond to queries or concerns about repair progress or scheduling.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>System Updates & Record-Keeping:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Log and update all repair requests, progress notes, and completed works accurately.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor open issues and ensure they are tracked to resolution.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain detailed records of communications, parts ordered, and actions taken.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ordering Parts & Materials:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Identify required parts and order them promptly to avoid delays.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage deliveries and ensure materials are allocated correctly.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work with suppliers and contractors to maintain stock levels.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer Service & Communication:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Keep residents updated on repair status, including changes or delays.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Resolve issues professionally, ensuring residents feel supported throughout the process.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Deliver excellent customer service by focusing on efficiency and satisfaction.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>General Administrative Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Support the repairs team with scheduling and prioritising urgent cases.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with performance reporting against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide administrative support for all tasks related to the MOD housing contract.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Key Skills & Attributes</em></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proven administrative experience, ideally within property, housing, or maintenance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in quoting and invoicing processes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and invoicing software.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently.</p>
