PEGA Business Architect - Hybrid working - (German speaking - B2 / C1) Hybrid - Germany (Multiple offices) YourCode is delighted to be partnered with a leading IT Consulting company focused on digital transformation, with an international presence and close to 1000 employees globally. Our client is expanding their PEGA Division, and is looking to hire multiple PEGA professionals across Development, Architecture and Consultancy positions, working on a hybrid basis across the DACH region. In this advertisement, we will discuss the Pega Business Architect vacancy. Supporting clients in defining innovative IT strategies, architectures and processes using the Pega platform In process optimisation and automation projects Documenting requirements and translating them into Pega requirements You define guidelines to support development tasks Your background/experience (minimum requirements) You will have many years of experience in the IT field You are experienced in the conception and implementation of Pega applications You have strong communication skills and very good presentation skills to work with clients You already have experience coaching and mentoring small Agile teams What our client expects from you To take on responsibility effectively, both on your client projects and the internal team projects Coaching/mentoring with colleagues Having a strong self motivation to design your own flexible working plan The successful Pega Business Architect will receive an attractive salary with other optional benefits such as a company vehicle, pension scheme and other benefits.
