Do you enjoy working with technology, explaining how equipment works and helping others build their technical confidence?Our client, an international industrial technology company, is looking for a Technical Trainer to train customers, partners and internal teams.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in engineering, technical support, field service, maintenance or applications who would like to develop into a training-focused role.What you will doYou will deliver engaging technical training on specialised industrial equipment through a mix of classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and digital learning. Train customers, partners and internal technical teamsLead practical demonstrations and hands-on exercisesCreate and update course materials, presentations and assessmentsAdapt technical information for audiences with different experience levelsWork with engineering and product teams to keep training content up to dateTrack participant progress and maintain training records What we are looking for Experience in a technical environment and/or experience in technical support, field service, maintenance, applications or trainingThe ability to explain technical information clearly and confidentlyStrong communication and presentation skillsFluent English - Dutch or French would be an advantageWillingness to travel internationally when required You do not need to be an experienced professional trainer as candidates who regularly coach customers, technicians or colleagues are also encouraged to apply.
