About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Northwich. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has complex health needs. You'll support her morning and after-school routines, helping her prepare for the day ahead and ensuring she is comfortable, safe and well cared for when she returns home. Full specialist training will be provided. When you will be working: Morning and afternoon shifts before and after school Opportunity for additional hours during the school day as the care package develops In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
