About the Role
Our client is a modern Mediterranean Restaurant which has recently been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star. Serving up to 120 covers, they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to create a variety of seasonal Southern European-inspired dishes over an open fire.
You must have previous experience working in the kitchens of high-end restaurants.
