- Elementary Job Title: Enrollment/CARES Manager Position Type: Full Time Position Length: Permanent Contact Person: Sr. Virginia Paschall, Principal E-Mail: bvmschool@comcast.net; janemotley.bvmschool@gmail.com Job Description Blessed Virgin Mary School is accepting applications for an Enrollment/Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities: Enrollment · Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals, including student recruitment, marketing campaigns, and financial aid strategies. · Oversee the recruitment process, including identifying prospective students, conducting outreach, managing lead generation, and scheduling school visits. · Review applications with principal and supply all information for her to make admissions decisions in accordance with established criteria. · Work closely with families to apply for financial aid, via FACTS Financial Aid Application and PA Compass. · Coordinate with ELRC to manage subsidy payments and ensure timely submission of required documentation. · Serve as the primary liaison with the Pennsylvania Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC). · Organize regular communication, such as newsletters and parent meetings, to keep families informed. · Maintain enrollment, admission, and financial aid records in FACTS and PELICAN. · Apply financial aid to applicable families. · Assist families in navigating the PA subsidy application process and understanding co-payment responsibilities. · Pro-active management of re-registering and newly registered families. · Schedule tours and interviews with new families. Fundraising & Marketing - Lead fundraising campaigns and major gift initiative efforts to secure philanthropic support for school needs. - Plan and implement donor events and on-site engagement opportunities. - Oversee all areas of development, including parent and alumni engagement, annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and event-based fundraising. - Serve as the primary liaison between the school and donors, ensuring timely communication, impact reporting, and donor appreciation initiatives. - Manage a database of major donors and prospects, providing personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies. - Partner with the principal and key stakeholders to expand the donor pipeline, leveraging networks to engage new prospects. - Develop and implement a strategic plan to research grant opportunities, assess eligibility, write, and submit grant applications to secure additional funding. - Recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with fundraising activities. - Build and sustain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners to enhance involvement and philanthropic support. Job Qualifications: - This position requires the applicant to work on site, at the school. Required hours will be 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with the possibility of some evening hours. - Experience in enrollment management, development, sales, marketing, communication, and/or volunteer management. - Superior communication skills, ability to conceptualize and execute strategic plans, the ability to interact confidently and effectively with school staff, students, donors, school administration, the media, and alumni. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, Google Suite, database management. - Professional references required.
