- Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Oversee test execution activities to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor testing progress and manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting.
- Escalate critical issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and compliance with established testing methodologies and processes.'
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
- Provide clear and timely reporting on testing status, defects, risks, and overall quality metrics.
- Prepare test phase summaries and contribute to go/no-go decision-making processes.
- Identify testing-related risks, dependencies, and potential impacts.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address risks and ensure successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and test lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience managing Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases.
- Proven experience leading testing activities across multiple parallel projects or programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with test management tools and testing best practices.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Experience working within large-scale and complex transformation programs.
- Knowledge of test automation concepts and frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated and complex financial services environments.
- Knowledge of nCino and/or Salesforce platforms.
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing certification.
