Utility Operator Location:  Loudon, TN Pay: $14.50 - $15.50/hour 1st Shift: 8: 00 AM – 4: 00 PM 2nd Shift: 4: 00 PM – 12: 00 AM 3rd Shift: 12: 00 AM – 8: 00 AM AtWork Personnel is hiring Utility Operators for a manufacturing facility in Loudon, TN. Job Summary The Utility Operator is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assisting with packaging, production line activities, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires dependable individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Package finished products from production lines according to company standards. Assist with assembling packaging materials using hand tools as needed. Collect, organize, and prepare materials from production equipment. Move completed boxes, cartons, or materials from production areas. Assist production teams with daily operational needs. Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining an organized work area. Empty trash bins and remove waste materials as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Assist in other production areas as assigned based on training and qualifications. Qualifications Must be dependable with strong attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed. Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of production. Ability to work well with team members and follow direction. Preferred Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or other hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
