About the Role
<strong>Customer Care Specialist <br> <br> </strong>We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Reading-based recruitment office to support with incoming candidate email enquiries and the administration of the candidate complaint process. <br>This is a fast-moving role which requires someone with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work with different areas of the business, resolve candidate issues and ensuring a fair and consistent process is followed.<br><br> This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday with hours between 9am-5.30pm. Although the role could offer flexibility if required. <br> <br> The role is office base located at Manor Park business park Reading, with good public transport connect and on-site staff parking. <br> <br> <strong>The role and responsibilities:<br> </strong><br> Overseeing incoming customer email enquiries and ensuring customers receive responses within the agreed time frame.<br>Resolving customer enquires and working in partnership with our recruitment team.<br>Providing great customer service and represent the company to the highest standards.<br>Using in house record system to log customer enquiries and outcomes<br>Logging feedback requests<br>Overseeing the administration of customer complaints and ensuring company policy is followed to provide a fair and balanced system for all customers.<br>Supporting other areas of the business as and when required with customer administration support including freedom of information and subject access requests.<br><br> <strong>What we need from you:<br> </strong><br> Excellent customer service skills, someone who can represent the organisation to the highest standard.<br>The ability to manage multiple workloads and remain organised under pressure.<br>Attention to detail is key with this role. <br>Good written and spoken communication skills necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly<br> <br><br>Flexible and adaptable approach to work<br><br> Excellent organisation and planning skills<br> Strong IT skills (inc.
